Fresh meat should have a vibrant color, no unpleasant odor, and a firm texture without excessive moisture or a sticky feel.

Keep the yogurt in the fridge at a temperature of 2-4°C. Do not expose it to air, and consume it within the recommended expiration date.

Frozen foods retain their nutritional value and flavor for a long time, as long as they are stored properly at a constant freezing temperature.

Fresh seafood should have a clean sea scent, vibrant color, and clear eyes (for fish). Frozen seafood should be kept at a temperature below -18°C.
